Draft Gore!

Well, rare (at best,) posts are my M.O., I guess.
Quick update- I'm going to be leaving the bike biz (mostly...) to focus on my massage and Chinese medicine practice. Things are going really well, and I already have some regular clients, which is really nice. It's a weird thing, stepping away from something that I love to do, and have done for my entire adult life. But things change, and the bike industry just isn't the same as it used to be. I'm looking forward to really helping people directly, making a difference in other ways.
So, as indicated by the subject line, I'm pushing to get Al Gore on the ticket for '08.
Seriously, we need a change sooooo badly right now, and I just don't think Obama has the experience, and Hillary doesn't have the integrity.

, sign the petitions, and let's try and get him to run again. Yes, those of you that know me know that I'm a pretty staunch whacko, I mean, environmentalist. I ride a bike everywhere, mow the lawn with a push-reel mower, yadda yadda yadda. But there's a lot more that needs to be done, and we need leadership that'll do it.
Will big business let it happen? Probably not, but I think we've gotta try.
Alright, it just wouldn't be a post from me without some sort of bike talk. Next object of lust for me? The Willits Monster-X. Holy crap. Coupled with their upcoming W.O.W. strut fork, that'd be crazy hot. Or just crazy.
